GLUTAMINE is the most abundant amino acid in your body, it is also considered a conditionally essential amino acid.
This means under certain conditions Glutamine becomes essential. These conditions are usually a result of stress and trauma.
Glutamine is found naturally occurring in a variety of foods. The average person consumes approximately 3-6g of Glutamine per day. A large portion your daily intake of Glutamine comes from animal proteins due to their high protein content.
Because Glutamine contributes to human tissue repair it has always been considered a recovery amino acid.
Glutamine may help reduce muscle soreness. This may be due to its muscle sparing and gluconeogenic properties. Essentially, Glutamine is used as energy preserving the architecture of the muscle tissue and preventing the skeletal muscle being broken down for energy.
When combined with carbohydrates Glutamine may help reduce markers of muscle fatigue.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
