Ingredients

  • 2 frozen bananas, broken into chunks
  • 2 shots of espresso, cooled
  • ½ cup Greek-style yogurt
  • 2 scoops of peanut butter Ghost Whey
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
