We aim to dispatch orders placed before 12:00pm AEST on the same business day. This is a target only and may vary during peak events (e.g., sitewide sales, public holidays, extreme weather). Supps R Us is not liable for failure to meet the same‑day dispatch target.
We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel or modify orders prior to dispatch (e.g., supplier shipment delays, typographical errors in description/price/image, or suspicion of fraud). If your order is cancelled prior to dispatch, compensation will be provided as a gift voucher/store credit (and we will otherwise comply with any remedy required by law).

Easy Protection (Shipping Protection): Optional cover at checkout for loss or damage in transit. If purchased, and your order is confirmed lost or arrives damaged, we may replace affected items or issue store credit at our discretion. Claims must be lodged within 24 hours of delivery (or expected delivery for losses) with photos and order details. Easy Protection does not cover theft after delivery or safe‑place authority deliveries. Orders without Easy Protection are not eligible for transit‑loss/damage compensation from us; please claim directly with the courier.
Incorrect Address: You are responsible for accurate delivery details. Orders shipped to the address provided are your responsibility; if returned to us, re‑shipping fees may apply.
Returns: We offer exchanges or store credit for unopened goods within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Opened/used items are not eligible unless faulty. Clearance/special items are final sale.
No Refunds: Supps R Us does not offer refunds for change of mind, flavour/texture preference, or similar discretionary reasons. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
We may refuse any order you place with us and may limit or cancel quantities per person, per household or per order (including orders using the same account, card, billing or shipping address). If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the email and/or billing details provided at the time of order. We may limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases, and to promptly update your account and other information (including email and payment details) so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.
